Document Control

1-Document Control Procedures: Ensuring that the correct, up-to-date, and approved document is being used, is a key benefit of document control procedures. Documents that are out of date or no longer accurate can become a cause for major concern. In fact, having out-of-date documents results in some of the most frequent audit findings in compliance programs. Unapproved or outdated procedures, uncontrolled documents, inaccessible or lost files… These are only some of the more preventable audit findings that can occur without document control procedures. Document control procedures give you the security of knowing all of your documents are up to date, organized, and accounted for. We keep you informed about the type, contents, and condition of each document. 2-Electronic Documents Support: We also support all documents in transfer projects to convert paperwork into electronic copies. That way, you can effectively utilize all of the space you have available.

Sorting

All of our sorting locations will have a supervisor on site who manages and watches over the whole operation. This includes setup, training, and reporting. This supervisor will also act as your in-plant contact for any questions or concerns you may have that arise. Each inspector will wear a branded shirt to help your plant personnel identify us. We inspect, separate, and mark every part or container as conforming or non-conforming. Rejected parts will be marked as such and placed into a container labeled “rejected” to quarantine all rejected and defective parts. During and concluding all inspections, we always record and report all important data through multiple formats. Paynter charts, Pareto charts, and daily non-conformance report forms are only a few types of forms that we use. As per your preference, we’re happy to customize any forms in order to meet your specific needs. We’re also open to using one of your own forms as well.

Rework

We are dedicated to fulfilling your quality standards in the most cost-friendly manner possible. Reworking a specific part or component is often an effective solution. It also presents the chance to save millions of dollars through the reworking and returning of your usable product back into production. We have the necessary, longstanding experience to properly evaluate your quality issues, facilitate clear communication, make cost-efficient recommendations, and implement the best-working solutions possible. Reworking non-conforming product costs less than getting rid of them and replacing the stock at your customer location. It will have minimal impact on your customer, especially compared to a potential line shutdown.

Assembly

We provide a variety of light assembly services. Our services include light mechanical assembly, component assembly, product labeling, and product packaging. We can provide you with qualified team members, competitive costs, and fully functional facilities for assembly and sub-assembly processes that comply with specifications and customer requirements. Our light assembly operation also offers clients the benefit of getting low-volume assemblies quickly without disrupting any existing assembly line operations or taking up precious facility space.

Repackaging

When your customer makes a sudden engineering change, it could very well include a change of product packaging. We are willing to set up a location so you can receive your materials, carry
